This is the first official release by the Fisk brother''s. Simon Fisk and Stephen Fisk have recorded and performed throughout the world in many Jazz settings. Proteges of Gary Peacock, Jim Hall, Paul Bley, and influenced by the music of Bill Frisell, Daniel Lanois, Charlie Haden, and Ahmad Jamal, they draw on a deep tradition and expanse of musical categories. The Fisk''s have performed together across Canada, and have finally released their debut CD, and a Christmas effort at that.
