When I first moved in to a small, one bedroom, dingy Chelsea flat with my two good friends in the winter or 2002-2003 I had been finishing this album up. Now I''ve finally released it! This album was produced during a period when I was mostly writing very complex rhythms and crazy harmonies. Somehow in the middle of it all I needed to take a breath of fresh air - and this album is just that breath.
