Just purchased your sleep easy freq a couple of days
ago for my partner who has been having trouble sleeping
and I must say it is working very well thank you!!
We have it on an ipod nano with a silent delivery
device purchased from the company in Australia and sitting on
the night stand. I am also sleeping much better :)

Most of our frequencies have a similiar usage protocol, at the end of this message
I have included a similiar answer I gave to a recent inquiry, with reference links
provided. This information is good to review.
However, the sleep frequency is somewhat different than our other tracks
in that we do not recommend the general protocol.
Instead, we have found that most users get the best benefit from this track
by listening audibly (or via silent delivery device) up to 3 hours before sleep,
and not less than 45 minutes. It is not recommended for most people
to keep it playing while you are in bed trying to go to sleep. For example,
if your normal bed time is 10 pm, you can start playing it as early as 7 pm
and continue in duration for a minimum of 45 minute up to 3 hours.
A small number of members claim they have benefited by playing it all night and that they
were able to sleep fine with it audible in the back ground, however this is not true
for most users.

Regarding your questions on usage, I suggest reviewing

towards those using a small looped track set who want
to realize very dramatic, tangible results in shorter periods
