The DeadEnd Cowboys are a quartet of maniacs driven by a passion for drinking and raisin'' hell, which helps them make some damn good music made https://www.tradebit.com guessed https://www.tradebit.comnking and raisin'' hell. What you end up with is a blend of blues, southern rock, country, and bluegrass. Hailing from southeast Texas, the guys are spread from the buck ranges near San Antonio, to the Texas music capitol in Austin, to the farm roads of Galveston County, but Houston is the place the band generally calls home. The band was originally formed in Long beach, California, when the 2 Millers felt the need for a way to relieve a bad case of homesickness. Getting back to their southern roots by playing some true Texas country & blues was the answer. After being stranded in Southern Cal, the two returned to Houston and picked up bassist Joe McSweeney; more commonly, and appropriately known as DeadEnd''s Low End. After a couple of lead guitar players came and went, the guys stumbled upon guitarist "Screamin" Steve Skrehot, a native Houstonian with an arsenal of tasty licks. The DeadEnd Cowboy''s influences range from the Outlaws; Willie and Waylon, to the Supersuckers, and those Dallas cowpunks...the Old 97''s to some straight old Hank Sr. These boys never go home early and never manage to make any money past their bar tab. If they moved in next door to you, your lawn would die. The DeadEnd Cowboys proudly endorse Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Miller Beer, Camel cigarettes, Fender guitars, Crate Amps, and anything with the Texas flag stamped on it. When they ain''t workin'', and they work hard, you might find them ridin'' a 3 day bender...
