Whereas their debut album, OLYMPVS REX (2001), skewered Utah in general and the 2002 SLC Olympics in particular, this time the boys have gone national. Even George W. Bush makes an appearance in this tragic comedy of the new century--reminding many of the great Tom Lehrer at his most subversive.

Thanks to the inspired instrumental virtuosity of co-writer and producer Rex Flinner, the music of NEOKHAN spans the pantheon of American music--from rockabilly to 60''s retro-pop to jazz. Although many of the string sounds are from the bluegrass world, Bill Monroe would not recognize them on this genre-bending album. Even the banjo is given new life as a killer rock-and-roll lead instrument. With support from the axis of the willing (or is it the coalition of evil?), NEOKHAN intends to rule!
