Born in Brava, Cape Verde, I always enjoyed singing and playing the Clarinet. After coming to the US and became a member of "Midnight Stars", a local Cape Verdean band, my hunger and love for our traditional music of Cape Verde grew.
Finally, I released my first album titled "Bu Imagen". After great acceptance by my fellow musicians and fans, I decided to release my second project titled" Calman Calor".
I am happy with my contribution to the Cape Verdean music culture and will continue to give my 100 percent in anything to help the Cape Verdean music and artists gain worldwide recognition.
To all my fans, thank you for all you have done, and I will keep releasing new projects in the future
