Details:
Starting out as an acoustic band El-Haru Kuroi slowly began to incorporate electric styles to provide a more rounded sound. The songs range from traditional a mexican folk waltz with a bit of jazz swing, afro-peruvian, to other latin-brazilian rhytms, infused with a tinge of rock. The music glues together with a powerful mix of a Commanding Upright bass, Flavorful fingerpick/strummed guitar style, and Powerful supportive drumming. The final Element is the Swimming of Spanish and Brazilian Portugese Lyrics which Glide right on top. Based in the Multi cultural "Ciudad de Los Angeles," El- Haru Kuroi seem to blend the musical ethnicities which define them....be sure to listen for the "Grito."
