Biography
Session man, sideman, solo artist and clinician, was born in Naples (Italy) on July 11, 1976.
He started studying classical, acoustic and electric guitar as self-thought when he was 13 years old. At 15 years his first live show, where he played compositions by Y. J. Malmsteen and J. Satriani. At 16 years he enrolled to several music contests, where he’s been awarded prices as best guitar player and best band. He gained experience playing live as leader of several different bands, playing covers by Steve Vai, The Dixie Dregs, The Steve Morse Band and Dream Theater. He participates to stages, clinics and workshops with internationally renowned guitar players such as Mike Stern (’93), Scott Henderson (’94), Steve Morse (’96 and ’97), Joe Diorio (’98), Frank Gambale (’98 and ’99), Maurizio Colonna (’98 and ’99), Jim Hall (’00).
He teaches modern electric guitar at J.A.M. in Pomigliano D’Arco (Naples) since ’97 ( https://www.tradebit.com ) and at A.M.M. in Aversa (Naples) since 2005 ( https://www.tradebit.com ). From ’00 to ''05 he’s been the leader of “ Zarabeth ”, a fusion trio where he played the music of the English guitar legend Allan Holdsworth. From April to September ’04 he attended the Guitar Institute of Technology (G.I.T.) at the world’s famous Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California, graduating “with Vocational Honors” , the most prestigious title awarded by M.I.’s special jury.
