David Hannibal and Cait McWhir were co-founding members of the popular Bay Area band world-beat/trance band Haunted by Waters before their collaboration on SAMSARA''S EDGE. Two years in the making, the 8 songs featured on the CD are an intriguing and evocative blend of multi-textured, electronic, hypnotic grooves. Vocalist Cait McWhir''s trademark blend of sensuous Mid-Eastern, Celtic influenced vocals add a definite other-worldly feel to the mixes. While there''s still a world music-postive flavor to many of the songs, there is something of an urban-trance flavor weaving its'' way through this album.
