Bite is a fine little rock band located in Stord in Norway. There are 4 members in the band. This is Ståle Tesdal who is the song writer guitarist and vocalist in the band. Geir Morten Stokken is the drummer, Dag Sleen plays the piano, organ and synth, and Idar Ottesen who plays the bass and also is the biker in the band.
Bite is mostly a live band that plays on all the possible and impossible places in Norway. But Bite has its own studio at Ståles place. And here they have recorded all their albums. This was the first album. The members have long experience from other bands and music project, but at a certain point they decided to focus on this band at has done so since 2002. They come together every Wednesday at Ståles place with the goal to make music, develop each other as musicians and to have fun. So far this has led to gigs on festivals with high status as the Quart festival in Norway and support for Deep Purple which is for us one of the greatest rock band in history.
