I am a singer/songwriter from Canada.I began writing songs in 1997
I write love songs,both coming together and falling apart.I write songs about things that have happened to me and things I''ve seen.
I write some funny songs--two on this album. One song, The Moose is Loose,is about a guy who stole 50,000 cans of beer from a tractor trailor he was driving, bound for Mexico via Toronto in 2004. He is doing 19 months in a Canadian jail for this heist.
The title of this album, cut#11, is a song about Tibet and how I feel this hard-done-by county will one day have starry skies.
This album has a song or two about love, a song or two about fun.
It is done by someone who gets up early on Saturday morning and noodles around on a guitar and piano. It is done by someone who is so excited about living that he gets up early, stays up late and feels that a cup of water, a sunset, a moonrise are miracles and is amazed at it all.
