This interesting orchestral suite was composed by Jaime Rodriguez (Colombia), Patricio Wang (Chile), José Luis Lopretti (Uruguay) and Juan Pablo Dobal (Argentina), and Lyrics by Beatríz Aguiar. With this suite Rumbatá opens borders to other Latin American regions. The composers were asked to write pieces in which the music from the countries they came from played a clear role, taking into consideration Rumbatá''s character as a salsa orchestra.
The suite premiered was in the Kleine Komedie theatre in Amsterdam.
The lyrics are included in the liners.
