The Spark and The Flame is the debut EP from StoneThrow: a fast-rising modern rock group based in the Southeastern US. StoneThrow''s seamless blend of fist pounding southern grunge, dynamic melody, and exhilirating live performance has already gained significant notoriety in the months leading up to the release of the album.
StoneThrow was founded in late 2010 as the culmination of members from three standout southeastern regional acts - Singer/Guitarist Jonathan Ingram (Stealing 3rd), bassist Alex Martinez (Gravity Zero) from Atlanta, GA along with guitarist Shawn Durr and drummer T.J. Taylor (Point of Real) from Lexington, KY.
