''Set me on Fire'' is the second album from the critically acclaimed singer songwriter Jazmine Ava, following the success of her debut album ‘Sunshine & Shadows’ in 2007.
The Band, are made up of Jazmine Ava, Singer songwriter and acoustic rhythm guitar, Geoff Clark - acoustic and electric Lead Guitar, Ken Flatt - Bass, Christopher Daniels - Saxophone and Cameron Morrell - Drums. They came together in 2008 to develop a unique style of raw and passionate songwriting fused with different flavours of Blues, Soul, Folk, Country, Gypsy and Reggae music. Their original sound is beautifully crafted combining lyrical brilliance, breathtaking vocals and acoustic guitar with the upbeat swing of funky folk, old blues rhythms and powerful lead guitar and saxophone solos. It was recorded as a ‘live’ album – where every song reaches out from the heart and captures the depth of all the feelings and experiences we find meaning to within our everyday lives.
