Joey Tolbert, singer/songwriter, approaches music from a folk and sometimes gospel approach. She partnered up with her husband, Matt, to write four original tracks on her debut CD- "I Know Love". The album also adds a contemporary flare to traditional hymns such as "How Great Thou Art" and "Pass Me Not". Joey says, "I wanted a nice variety that was a blend of church favorites and the vibrancy of today''s Christian music." Singing since the age of 2 (her mother has it all on tape) she has always had a passion for music and the stage. She was both classically trained and trained in a Broadway style between the ages of 15-19. Participating in talent competitions during her teenage years and singing for church and in choirs has given Joey a diverse approach to music.
Joey''s second album, a Christmas EP, was released in 2005.
This song is the title track from her debut album, I Know Love.
