My first memory of the guitar was when I was ten years old. I remember picking it up and pretending to play it; making sounds that I thought were the most amazing I had ever heard, or at least, ever made myself. Although it wasn''t until I turned thirteen that I finally got one for myself. It turned into a complete obsession and I pretty much stopped doing my homework. It was at that point in my life that I fully understood the word “passion”. The work that was placed in my heart finally began to blossom.
My first attempt at writing that I can remember was a love song when I had a crush on a girl in junior high. It hasn’t ever stopped since then. I’ve written countless songs in the past seven years and I know that I would not be the man that I am today without them.
My utmost joys in this life have all been directly connected to music and the creation thereof. One of the greatest feelings to me is to share music with someone. To remind a lost soul that they are not alone, to remind anyone with open ears what it means to be human and to express personal feelings that I find impossible to express through words alone.
