In 2007, Tim Foley set himself a challenge to write and record a song every day, and managed to keep it up for approximately 4 months before stopping. Of the hundred plus songs written, these are the personal favorites of the artist, and more will be released in the near future.
The album starts and finishes with instrumental ''faux soundtrack'' tracks, and there is a ''faux jazz combo'' track in the center featuring the artist''s son, Keenan on saxophone. The rest of the songs are in the traditional ''singer/songwriter'' vein, with various background instrumental color depending on the mood on the day it was written (some more acoustic, others more orchestral). All instruments and vocals by the artist, recorded on a 16 track machine in his home office.
