Beeman, Bannon & Parrott use their own music time machine to draw on folk, blues & jazz tunes from the last 100 years of popular music. Original compositions are usually created by John Parrott who has over a 1,000 songs to his credit. Bill Bannon also has original compositions to his credit. They have played together on and off through the last 30 years. They can be seen locally playing at the Networking Cafe, Bayonne; the Cupping Room Cafe, NYC; Paula''s RIstorante, Weehawken; the Brennan Coffeehouse at the Courthouse, Jersey City, various Barnes & Noble stores and on local cable stations in Jersey CIty and Bayonne, NJ.
Beeman & Bannon have a number of albums to their credit including Candy From Strangers (where Barbara was cited as a singer with kiss-curl sauciness); Moving Day; So the Story Goes (David Hinckley Daily News said it was a good local band with strong vocals; and Spare Change. Ms. Beeman appears as songstress on pop artist Tom Wesselmann''s Pictures on the Wall of Your Heart.
Mr. Parrott''s recordings include Lady of the Reach which he created with his daughter Lily Parrott.
