Details:
For my forth album with a traveling theme, I decided to use two instruments I have had in my studio since 1982. A Yamaha CP70 touring piano and a very rare Jupiter 8 synthesizer (only 2000 made). Treating the piano with modern FX and striking/strumming the strings brought new life into my old friend. My other guideline was to not rely on a computer for sequencing or instruments and play each instrument live in a single take. A xylophone, ride cymbal, 1961 Fender P-Bass, Taylor acoustic and custom Strat completes the textures.
