Paul’s 1st single introduces the JoyNoyz© concept – his belief in the healing, inspirational vibrations & frequencies of music for all ages, cultures, creeds and genders. It’s a confluence of musical styles using uncommon items and instruments in genres not normally associated with those genres. “I want people of all ages to see with new eyes and hear with new appreciation and curiosity, to sense countless possibilities while ‘feeling’ the therapeutic frequencies flow right down to their cellular level.”
Using household items as instruments to compliment his drums, he performed, wrote, sang and edited this entire piece and designed the JoyNoyz© graphics. For instance the bass ‘sound’ is actually the end of a PVC pipe being hit with the palm of his hand with different pressures on different angles and the melody is created by hitting slats of thin wood with a small rubber mallot.
