Third full length CD from swedish indie group Pinto. Jangly powerpop that may remind you of Bishop Allen, Matthew Sweet, Evan Dando, Tom Petty or Jens Lekman.
Pinto was formed in Gothenburg Sweden in 2006. First CD entitled "Hook Me Up" was released in 2007. "Short Songs About Longing Are Better Than Long Songs About Shortcomings" was released in 2009 and the third CD "Pinto" was released in 2011.
Pinto has reached some indie success especially in sweden and europe and a couple of songs have made it to the major charts despite the fact that Pinto still is VERY indie. The reason for this success is probably Pinto''s trademarked short and catchy songs.
