Joey Cash(Guitarist, Keyboardist, Lead Vocals, Composer),
Born Aug 24th, to military man and an artistic mother; Joey Cash during the early portion of his life traveled the world with his father. He experienced various cultures from around the world. The latter experiences affected his musical vision causing him to love various forms and mixing them together into a unique sound.
He would later do shows in his back yard for the kids of the neighborhood charging them an admittance fee and serving Kool-Aid as refreshment. After, the untimely death of his father; the family moved to Memphis, TN, the original home of his parents. He later began to perform in high school talents shows. Groups around the campus wanted him as their lead singer due to the fact that he possessed a voice similar to Michael Jackson of the Jackson 5. They were the most popular group in the world at the time.
The latter mentioned circumstance put him contact with James White (AKA Dee Dee). Together they formed the singing group called Dee Dee, Joseph and David. With the direction and support of Mr. Walter Johnson who later became their manager; they recorded a hit record entitled: “The Devil made me do it”. It became a national hit. As a result the group performed with some of the top soul acts in world such as: The Chilites, The Dells, The Isley Brother, The Delfonics, The Staple Singers, BB King, Blue Magic, and many more.
During his career, Joey has made several more records, performed with many other artist such as War, Anita Ward (ring my bell fame) and has traveled the world performing various forms of music. He once was the guitarist with an African band from Nigeria. He states: “That was quite an enjoyable experience.” He is a songwriter, guitarist and composer of great depth. Finally, one of his greatest joys during his life has been to serve as a vocalist and musician for various churches. He has recently created SOPH Music Entertainment; a one stop house for music business solutions. He is very happy that the sky is the limit for his musical horizons.

Mike George(Bassist)
Bassist, Mike George started playing piano when he was 9 and played for 2 years. At 11, he started playing upright bass in the school band. During his junior and senior year he played bass with the Youth Symphony. In addition, he also played trombone and electric bass in high school.
During his life he has played bass for churches and bands within various musical environments. His early musical influences include Yes, Led Zeppelin, and it is his great desire as a member of the Phelp Techs: “To inject the life blood of music into the worlds hearts and minds.” He and Joey Cash will be working on some new material for the Phelp Techs upcoming EP. Joey Cash States: “One of the many great things that I love about Mike and Omar is their ability to effortlessly switch to different forms of music and to be true to those forms. Yet, still, they bring to whatever we do their own unique signatures.”

Omar Ciefuentes(Drummer and Percussionist)
Omar Ciefuentes is a musician of great ability and depth. He has the unique ability to switch tempo gears and rhythmic patterns within a composition and to make them sound unique and fresh. A world traveler has absorbed various musical styles. Omar grew up listening to a variety of jazz and classical on the radio. His first musical influence was his father who sang and played accordion.
As a child he was encouraged to take piano lessons, but only took classes for two years. During his teen years he ran sound and was dabbling in video/graphic areas of the arts. Around 16 years old he hit his first drumhead with a stick. This started an 8 year (and continuing) interest in drumming. Omar taught himself how to drum and was further guided by a few veteran drummers in the valley. He has played in a number of churches and has been in a few bands.
He loves to play jazz, rock, funk, country, and swing. Omar is 24 and originates from his Logroño in Spain (his hometown). He was introduced to Joey Cash through Mike George. Both Omar and Mike play for a local church. Through the latter experience, Mike and Omar developed a bond that has carried over into the Phelp Techs.
