With melodies and lyrics drawn from deep, life-transforming experiences, many of the songs carry powerful, layered metaphysical undertones and a profound - of not intense at times - emotional vibration, embedded in digestible musical patterns.
Betrayal, nostalgia, anger, hope, immortality, regret, introspection, despair, illusion as well as the eternal are all here, in the lyrics and the music, yet, the project is a modest one and its appeal fairly wide.
Λεωνιδας Κοσης, (Leonidas Kossis), a mathematician-turned-artist, initially wrote most of the lyrics for the songs in this album in English, but eventually decided to first release the material in the Greek language, given his return to Greece from New York in 2004.
