This is a introductory series of rare and unreleased music from the vaults of Emandolynn Music Co. Inc.
With an emphasis on Love and Relationship themed music, this compilation contains music never released from the 60''s to 80''s, ranging from artist like Ray Charles Protégé'' Willie J Moody to relatively unknown groups such as New Jersey''s Nu-Rons who had several classic 45''s from the 70''s that are still in high demand, particularly in Europe.
WILLIE J MOODY is a Albany Georgia native from the same hometown as his early mentor, Ray Charles. Moody first performed with Ray Charles in 1979 at the age of 7 when Georgia House of Representatives John White who co- authored the legislation to make "Georgia On My Mind" the state''s anthem. Ray instantly took a liking to young Moody who later went on to perform for the Kennedy''s as well as performances with Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Kenny Rogers and B.B. King. Now in this 30''s, Willie Moody continues to perform all over the world, and will be releasing his debut album late 2011. TOMORROW''S WISH was a Atlanta uni-sex group consisting of two female and one male leads who recorded several R&B singles in the late 70''s., but was never released. Few years later, they went on and recorded a full gospel album under Glory Bound Records in 80''s. Group disbanded shortly after, and never recorded again. The NU-RONS released several 45''s including the rare northern soul classics All My Life/I''m A Loner/Disco Hustle and other rare 45''s, said to be one of the best groups out of the Philly/Jersey soul music scene. Very rare and obscure releases from the Stage Art label released in the mid 70''s. Chester Pennsylvania''s own DELIGHTS was a soul group consisting of 3 Male and 2 females who recorded a full album that ultimately never came out once group disbanded and joined other groups. VARI was a Atlanta based 3 member male group who released their debut self titled album in 80''s, now living and working in Europe.
Though little facts are know about most of these artist and groups, what stands true is the age old monicker "Classic music never dies".
