Details:
I am a shy soul. One who does not like to be exposed, to be vulnerable. Yet, here we meet in this strangely temporary world of cyberspace, and find it to be a sacred experience because of a Holy God who awakens our hearts to love Him.
Truth is, I am broken and torn. In need of redemption. And I have been ransomed.
Of all the things that grieve me most, it is my own lack of desire for God; of all the joys in life, it is knowing the Risen Christ. I long to live deeply in Him, and to enjoy Him in the sacred everyday. This is my calling and dream.
Beauty calls me, drives my desires, captures my imagination, finds meaning in Jesus Christ. And so, these small fragments are woven together in a simple life of music, art, teaching, emergency medicine, and prairie farm life.
Who is this God I call Father? Hear Ernest Boyer Jr: “God is not a belief to which you give your assent. God becomes a reality whom you know intimately, meet everyday, one whose strength becomes your strength, whose love, your love. Live this life of the presence of God long enough and when someone asks you, “Do you believe there is a God?” you may find yourself answering, “No, I do not believe there is a God. I know there is a God.”
And so, if a small piece of Eternity is seen in the sway and sound of the music you discover here, I pray that it captures your heart with a longing for God Himself.
Let the music continue.
