Tomgirl, a Japanese female MC drops her first single ''Give It A Try'', including 3 tracks. A strictly hip-hop/R&B tracks are produced by Nigerian producer Udy Frank, who currently lives in Tokyo.
The first track ''Give It A Try'' got the second prise for ''Yokohama Music Award'' among 9 competitors in a Japanese radio station FM Yokohama. Because of that, she constantly appears in YMA and other local stations.
Tomgirl gets a lot of reaction from listeners in Japan about the third track ''Player'', which diss bad player boys.
This album is re-mastered, added with one track feat. Daruma-san, the famous Japanese rapper, and distributed inside Japan from May 17th 2006. The album hit 18th position of national indie chart at the start.
