Born in Venice, California, Krazy C.A.S.H. grew up in many states in the U.S., and considers himself a child of the streets of America. As a teenager Cash moved to the Bronx, having many musical influences such as jazz and rap, giving him a smooth flow with a hard edge and raw lyrics. Cash began performing at the age of 8, started rapping at 12 and sees himself as having a lifestyle of the west but slang from the east. Cash’s mind was molded in the east, thus his New York state of mind, however he lives in west adding to the east flava a laidback Cali style. He has seen the worst of what America has to offer the young brothas in the street and his goal is to protect all children from street life. His message is raw, real and uncut so as to discourage youth from wanting a gangsta type of lifestyle. Cash aims to deglamourize street life and show the true violence, struggle, suffering and pain it causes. Cash sees now as his time to shine. He has his hood on his back. He has been around the world and now he is back to settle his roots again in California. Cash has written for artists that are signed to such labels as Motown and Electra.
