The newest live worship project from High Desert Church is a fantastic music and worship experience. Recorded in May 2005, the cd features new original songs like "God of Me", "Worthy" and "O Praise the King", as well as excellent versions of the popular anthems "Majesty", "How Great is Our God", and "You Are Good". A particular standout is a completely original arrangement of the timeless hymn, "A Mighty Fortress".
Produced in-house and mastered by Bernie Becker, the cd gives the listener a perfect taste of what HDC is all about- the constant desire to make worship exciting and a part of daily life.
HDC is a church of 5,000 in Victorville, California. Founded in 1960, it thrives today under the leadership of Senior Pastor Tom Mercer, with worship leaders Jeff Crandall and John New.
