Cynamon''s a model, dancer, singer, actress, songwriter, choreographer (phew, i think thats all...lol)! She is also a solo artist and a Ballroom Dance Teacher!!!!
Cynamon Voe was born in Orange, California in 1989. When she was leaving the hospital, she was blowing a high pitched note all the way out of the hospital. A comment was made, "She''s going to be the next Mariah Carey!" She was turning heads with her first entrance into the public eye.
To fulfill her intense natural passion for dance at three years old, Cynamon''s Mother enrolled her in dance classes. She was soon asked to be in the Junior Company. She was cast in several different commercials including national campaign for "Ragu" at age 6. She later moved to Utah during the summer of 1995.
In July of 1995, Cynamon competed as the sole performer against hundreds of Cheer Lines and Dance Companies in the yearly Freedom Festival Competition held in Provo, UT. She performed her dance including splits, cartwheels, charisma and a smile you couldn''t forget. Despite her 6 year old solo performance against High School Drill, Dance and Cheer Teams, her spectacular performance won her the second place trophy. In January of 1996, She began dancing with Center Stage Performing Arts Studios where her Mother worked in trade for her to be able to attend classes. Her initial studies involved Ballet and Jazz. The excellence of Kim Delgrosso''s talent to turn the internal love for dance into a passion would only influence Cynamon to expand her knowledge of other types of performing such as Funk, Acting, and Voice. She went on to be taught by and train with some of the most respected dance and performing prodigy''s such as Mia Michaels, Derryl Yeager, and Wade Robson.
Once ballroom was introduced to Cynamon, she was very excited to perform and learn about the various eclectic dances from around the world. With her awesome teachers Rick Robinson, Corky Ballas, Shirley Ballas, and Victor Kanevski she succeeded by placing 5th in a National Novice Swing Pre-Teen USABDA Competition in 1999. Her professional vocal and dance performances at such an early age for the Governor of Idaho, National PTA Meeting, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Queen Mary, and UCDT''s (now Odyssey) Thriller. These were enough to bring her love of performing into her career.
In 1999, Cynamon moved to Arizona. She has been in school competitions and been invited to compete in national televised Cheer competition. Cynamon enrolled in and recieved her first college credits at the age of 13. She has consistently been a leader and participant in student council. She has volunteered while earning many youth''s respect by teaching a dance class for underpriveledged children at the local YMCA. She participated in, completed and sang the National Anthem for Valley Teen Leadership in Phoenix, AZ in which only 50 youth in Arizona are selected each year to participate. During the Valley Teen Leadership program, she made a goal to participate in pageants. Since then, her magnetic personality has earned her the "Spirit of Cinderella" Award from the Cinderella Pageant as well as the titles of Miss Arizona Teen Universal 2006, Miss Black Arizona Teen Universe 2006, Miss Black Teen America 2007. Since she has accomplished those goals, she is now focusing on her mission...
"I will use my experiences, gifts, talents and knowledge to assist in bringing up the confidence of all those in need. By becoming a professional singer and dancer, I will use my God-given talents to fulfill my dreams and also use my leverage to inform and influence people."
